Aspram Krpeyan is an international lawyer specialized in humanitarian and human rights law. She has previously held various posts in Armenia's Ministry of Defense. Krpeyan holds an MSt in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Oxford and an LLM from the Geneva Academy.
Dr. Farid Shafiyev is Chairman of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (Baku) and an Adjunct Lecturer at ADA University. He previously served as Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Canada (2009-2014) and the Czech Republic (2014-2019). He holds an MPA from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and a PhD in History from Carleton University.
